What are the aims of the foundation?

The aim of the foundation is to offer children shelter, medical care, education and in the longer term, how to set themselves up and manage independently. All projects strive to generate an income that can be immediately and effectively used within the foundation. The employees and children between the ages of 16 and 18 years old, and everyone shares in helping with the projects.

In this way, Hanukkah can be self sufficient in the future and the children will all have learned life skills and a profession with which they can build their own lives once they are 18 and leave the children’s home.
